Akame ga Kill! manga set to end in 15th volume

In the 14th volume of the Akame ga Kill! manga it was revealed that the 15th volume will be the last and end the series, the volume is set to release this coming Winter. It should be noted that the final arc of the manga entered its final arc in the 12th volume of the manga series. There was also a wraparound jacket band which revealed that the manga series which also includes the Akame ga Kill! Zero spinoff has 3,300,00 copies in print. Let it be known that the manga series started on April 22nd 2010 has since then been ongoing, a spinoff manga which serves as a prequel for the series would later begin October 25th 2013 and is still ongoing as well. An anime adaption would later be released for the series which aired between July 7th 2014 and ended on December 15th 2014 releasing 24 episodes in total. A plot summary of the series can be seen below quoted from MAL:

In a fantasy world, fighter Tatsumi sets out for the Capital to earn money for his starving village, and finds a world of unimaginable corruption, all spreading from the depraved Prime Minister who controls the child Emperor’s ear. After nearly becoming a victim of this corruption himself, Tatsumi is recruited by Night Raid, a group of assassins dedicated to eliminating the corruption plaguing the Capitol by mercilessly killing those responsible.
