Recently on the Gundam.info website today a new English subtitled and English dubbed trailer were released for the upcoming fourth episode of Gundam the Origin. The upcoming episode is titled Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin IV Eve of Destiny. The episode will contain the first ever mobile suit battle and Char’s fateful encounter with Amuro Ray, Lalah Sune and “the legendary Dr. Minovsky” and conclude Char and Sayla’s story. It will also cover the development of the MS-04 and RX-78 Gundam. The series will be releasing this Fall and will enter the Loum Arc after the fourth episode which will cover the Battle of Loum.
The series was first a manga series that began June 25th 2001 and ended June 26th 2014 releasing 24 volumes. Its currently airing OVA series would later be released with the first episode titled “Blue-Eyed Casval” that premiered in a limited engagement in Japanese theater February 2015. Its second episode Artesia’s Sorrow opened in Japan last October and its third episode “Dawn’s Rebellion”released May 21st. It should also be noted that Anime Consortium Japan is releasing the series worldwide digitally through a premium rental streaming program. There is also a collaboration of Right Stuf and Sunrise the studio who produces the anime series for releasing the series on home video.
