Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster heads to PC

There has been a product page opened up by Square Enix today for its  Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster game, the page can be seen in the following link which confirms that the game is set for a PC release via Steam on May 12th:http://store.steampowered.com/app/359870/. The games previously released as a collection on the PS3 and PS Vita in Japan on December 2013  and North America on March 2014. It would later release for the PS4 in Japan, North America and Europe last May. These games mind you are HD remasters of Square Enix’s Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 games. For the PC release that will include remastered music, game boosters for ease of play, content from the games International Edition and Steam exclusive features such as Steam trading cards. Finally a short summary of each of the games can be seen below provided from its product page and quoted from ANN:

FINAL FANTASY X tells the story of a star blitzball player, Tidus, who journeys with a young and beautiful summoner named Yuna on her quest to save the world of Spira from an endless cycle of destruction wrought by the colossal menace Sin.

FINAL FANTASY X-2 returns to the world of Spira two years after the beginning of the Eternal Calm. Having been shown a mysterious but familiar image in a sphere, Yuna becomes a Sphere Hunter and along with her companions Rikku and Paine, embarks on a quest around the world to find the answers to the mystery within.

Based on the international versions of the games that were previously only released in Japan and Europe, FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster brings these timeless classics forward to the current generation of fans, old and new alike.
