[align=center]A new trailer has been released today by Atlus during their livestream broadcast for Persona 5. In the trailer it spans nearly 5 minutes in length and showcases many aliments for the game such as the combat, story and much more. At the end of the trailer it confirms that the game will be releasing in Japan September 15th, the game will be a Playstation exclusive and only will release on the PS3 and PS4. Pricing information and bonuses set for its 20th anniversary edition will also be shown later in the article as well as information regarding the Persona 5 TV anime special and orchestral concert. During next months E3 more information regarding the upcoming game will be released. Originally the game was set to release Winter 2014 but was delayed until 2015, the release date was pushed back and was originally confirmed for this Summer.
The game is confirmed to be priced at 8,800 yen for its standard edition, and its 20th anniversary edition will cost 13,800 yen. In the 20th anniversary edition that will include a five disc Persona 20th Anniversary All-Time Best Album, art book, special collaboration DLC set with designer Shigenori Soejima’s “picaresque arrangement” of Personas and skills, special collaboration DLC sets with the Persona 3 and Persona 4 school uniforms as thief outfits for all nine party members, special custom theme by Shigenori Soejima, backround music and singles and a deluxe Persona 5 Art Treasure Box.
There has also been an orchestral concert confirmed that will begin on August 13th. A “Persona 20th Fes” set to be a “immersive Persona cultural festival” in the style of high school festivals. This will be at the Arts Chiyoda 3331 complex in Tokyo’s Akihabara district in December to celebrate the franchises 20th anniversary.
